What services do you offer?

Helping you find the right Tech, Marketing and Sales talent, we recruit across permanent, contract and temporary roles. Offering you a full recruitment service from writing adverts and job specs, arranging interviews and presentations through to preparing contracts and on-boarding sessions, we’re able to help you. We also offer retained recruitment services, in which we guarantee to find the talent you or money back!

How much will you charge?

The charge for a permanent member of staff is a percentage of the annual salary offered. The percentage depends on a number of factors including the salary level, the complexity of the search and services required. A huge factor for us is if the search is exclusive or competitive – for exclusive work we can be more flexible with our fee.

For contractors or temporary staff, rates are agreed per candidate in advance and details given when CVs are submitted.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Successful hires depend on lots of different things. Skills and experience are important, but it’s also important to know what the company culture is like, and who will be a good fit.

How quickly is the company looking to fill this position?

Hiring processes can sometimes seem very slow, as there’ll be lots going on behind the scene. On the other hand, they may need someone urgently. It’s important that these timescales suit your own requirements, particularly if you’re tied to a long notice period.

What will the interview be like?

From online chats to in person panels, interviews come in all shapes and sizes. Interview nerves are normal, so we’ll make sure you know what to expect on the day.

Is this a new role, or is it to replace someone who’s leaving, or moving on within the company?
