A boutique recruitment business started in early 2019 by husband and wife team Chris & Fiona McCarthy, we wanted to flip the world of recruitment on it's head. We're committed to working in true partnership with the companies and candidates we represent. Our approach is completely consultative, and we purposely steer away from aggressive sales techniques. Our focus is on building long term relationships based on delivery and trust. No unnecessary corporate behaviour, no old school recruitment bullsh*t… just good honest hard work done nicely. Simple!

For each placement we make we donate an amount to our Charity Partner Manchester MIND and we plant 13 trees with our sustainability partner Play It Green. We donate our time where we can to actively help the local schools around us with CV writing advice & interview techniques, in our aim to help shape the next generation of marketing professionals.
